Disability Statement

UZH’s mission statement declares, that university education is open to all persons who possess the required entrance qualifications. UZH is committed to ensuring equal opportunity for its community, including students and staff with disabilities, and supports the principles of non-discrimination in all areas. Therefore, the University, its faculties and its departments strive to achieve genuine equal opportunities for people with disabilities by implementing appropriate measures.

This commitment is laid down in UZH’s Disability Statement, which was created by the Disability Office and the former Academic Disability Commission (now the Commission for Disability Inclusion).
