Gender Policy Code of Conduct
UZH’s Gender Policy Code of Conduct contains the seven principles of the University’s gender equality policy and signals UZH’s commitment to fostering a culture of genuine equal opportunity. The Code of Conduct applies to all individuals working and studying at UZH. The University has also issued its regulations to ensure protection against sexual harassment and a guideline for UZH students and staff on using gender-inclusive language (in German).

The Executive Board of the University supports faculties with university-wide activities, and it both ensures and monitors the effectiveness of gender equality structures. In its Gender Equality Action Plan, UZH addresses the gender equality priorities set by the Executive Board of the University.
