Regulations to ensure protection against sexual harassment

The University of Zurich has a set of regulations to protect its staff and students against sexual harassment ("Reglement zum Schutz vor sexueller Belästigung an der Universität Zürich", in the following RSB). While based on the assumption that all University staff and students treat each other with respect, the regulations do not mean that personal interactions at the University should be distanced, purely professional and formal. On the contrary, their aim is for all genders to interact in a friendly and relaxed manner. These regulations, however, clearly state that sexual harassment is prohibited and will not be tolerated.

Please note that the regulations refer to the EDI Office by a former name: UniFrauenstelle - Gleichstellung von Frau und Mann.
