The Office for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) provides free and confidential advisory services, assistance and information on EDI-related topics. This can range from general questions about study and working conditions to suspected discrimination at UZH.

Our Services for all UZH staff and students
The EDI Office offers the following services:
- General information on equality, diversity, and inclusion at UZH
- Advice and identification of possible actions, for example, in cases of suspected discrimination
- Context-specific involvement of other relevant UZH units
- Advice and support for management staff and UZH units to create an EDI-friendly study and work environment
All information you provide will be treated confidentially. The EDI Office only takes action in consultation with the person seeking advice. We offer advice in English and German.

Information and consultation requests can be directed to the Head of Office, Karin Gilland Lutz. Inquiries will be forwarded to experts within the team if necessary.
