Gender-Equitable Academic Career Development
The Diversity Policy emphasizes " culture of truly practiced diversity".
to the Diversity Policy
Diversity and diverse perspectives are drivers of excellent research and teaching at UZH. This applies to the various phases of an academic career. For appointments, promotions, and funding allocations, the UZH has defined criteria that must be applied. The Office for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) advises institutes and faculties that wish to examine their relevant practices. The EDI Office is also the point of contact for individuals with EDI-related questions or concerns.
