The Office for Gender Equality and Diversity is now the EDI Office
In summer 2023, in coordination with the University Executive Board, the implementation project to reorganize the areas of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Sustainability began. The retirements of the respective Heads of Offices were used to make organizational adjustments as of the beginning of August 2024.
For the existing Equality and Diversity Office, the reorganization resulted in the addition of the topic of inclusion. It is now renamed "Equality, Diversity, Inclusion" (EDI). Dr. Karin Gilland Lutz has been heading the office since the beginning of August 2024.
The services of the Disability Office will continue to be offered to accommodate students with disabilities.
